Horse Ready Farm Wanted

A co-worker of mine has a client that may be interested in buying a horse farm in the North West Arkansas area. She is not interested in a big fancy house or pool, she wants a good 8 stall barn for her horses. Basically horse ready. She is interested in about 60 acres. If you have anyone that might have a farm for sale please let me know, maybe we can help someone sell their farm!!

My husband and I have our horse property for sale in east texas.Although it is only 15 acres, we have a 60 ft round pen, 120x240 riding arena. 2 horse barns, one with 5 stalls, the other with 4 stalls. 2bed 1 bath home with a little over 1800 sq ft. If interested e-mail me and I will send pictures
