I am searching for a small farm, 10 - 20 acres in the Fort Smith area.  I prefer it be fenced, ready for horses.  Barn would be nice, but not required. A home for a small family would make it perfect!  Due to job transfer I must move my breeding herd of 13, hoping not to have to disperse the herd!  Any leads would be appreciated. 

We may consider a purchase, lease, live-in position in exchange for farm/livestock care, any reasonable situation may be considered!!  Only 6 weeks left!
