I am searching for a small farm, 10 - 20 acres in the Fort Smith area. I prefer it be fenced, ready for horses. Barn would be nice, but not required. A home for a small family would make it perfect! Due to job transfer I must move my breeding herd of 13, hoping not to have to disperse the herd! Any leads would be appreciated.

A co-worker of mine has a client that may be interested in buying a horse farm in the North West Arkansas area. She is not interested in a big fancy house or pool, she wants a good 8 stall barn for her horses. Basically horse ready. She is interested in about 60 acres.
